Recently, the VW series propylene process compressor supplied by Anhui Tuke Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. for a chemical new materials project in Turkey successfully completed continuous operation and performance verification on the company’s test platform. With all operational parameters stable, the equipment has now been loaded and shipped.
Handling propylene requires stringent controls regarding compression temperatures, sealing reliability, and system cleanliness. Based on actual inlet and discharge conditions, the project team optimized cylinder volumes, valve flow capacities, and inter-stage cooling and separation systems, while implementing rigorous cleaning and quality control measures for key components in contact with the medium. The unit’s control system enables real-time monitoring of pressures, temperatures, and operational status across all stages, providing data support for precise on-site management.
During the testing phase, the technical team executed a comprehensive inspection program, covering mechanical operation, load regulation, alarm interlocks, and emergency shutdown tests. The equipment operated smoothly, with key parameters meeting design specifications. This successful delivery adds a new project milestone to Tuke Energy’s track record in serving the fine chemical and polymer material industry chains.
