Recently, Anhui Tuke Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully completed factory performance testing and third-party witnessed inspections for a DF-series high-pressure CNG compressor unit destined for a natural gas utilization project in Nigeria; the equipment has now been loaded and shipped. The unit will handle natural gas boosting, storage, and transportation tasks, providing the necessary equipment support for local clean energy applications.
The project utilizes a symmetrically balanced structural design, balancing operational stability under high-pressure conditions with ease of maintenance. To address site conditions in Africa—such as high temperatures, dust, and power grid fluctuations—the unit features adaptive designs for cooling capacity, filtration systems, electrical protection, and control strategies, while integrating safety valves, pressure and temperature monitoring, and multiple interlocking protection mechanisms.
During commissioning, the unit demonstrated smooth pressure ramping; mechanical vibration, discharge temperatures, and lubrication parameters remained within design limits, and all automatic control and protection functions were successfully verified. This successful delivery marks another milestone in Tuke Energy’s ongoing expansion into the African natural gas equipment market.
